Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, telephone number, project location and enquiry or project brief. We also keep quotation, appointment, job, invoice, certification and correspondence records. We collect limited website and device information through Google Analytics only when analytics is allowed. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.
How and why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, visits and quotes; take steps before a contract; provide agreed work; manage appointments, payments, warranties, certification and support; meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance and regulatory duties; protect the site and business; and improve performance when analytics consent is given. Our lawful bases are pre-contract steps, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent for non-essential analytics. You can change consent through Manage Cookies.
Who we share information with
We may share information with website hosting, form, email, IT and business-system providers; Google Analytics when allowed; electricians, subcontractors and suppliers involved in work; accountants, insurers, advisers and payment providers; and authorities where required. We do not sell personal information. Providers must protect it, and we use appropriate UK international-transfer safeguards where required.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed. We consider the purpose, whether an enquiry becomes a project, certification and warranty needs, tax and accounting duties, insurance and legal-claims needs. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights

Framer built-in analytics is designed without cookies or persistent identifiers. Google Analytics is non-essential and remains denied unless you allow analytics.
